About the Role

Zegna is seeking a Senior Style Advisor to join its team in Jeddah and Makkah, within the Makkah Region. This full-time role is central to safeguarding the growth and longevity of the Zegna brand by transforming the store visit into a memorable luxury shopping experience. As a Brand Ambassador, the Senior Style Advisor builds lasting relationships with customers, serving as a trusted advisor of fashion and style, and providing the highest level of sophistication and service.

Key Responsibilities

The Senior Style Advisor is responsible for engaging customers in the discovery of Zegna's heritage and collections, while ensuring retail operational excellence. Key areas of responsibility include:

• Managing customer relationships and providing exceptional customer service before, during, and after sales.
• Developing in-depth knowledge of Zegna collections to offer expert styling and "total look" advice.
• Contributing to the store's visual presentation and brand image.
• Maximizing sales performance through adherence to operational standards and strategic engagement.

Customer Engagement and Sales Excellence

This role requires a proactive approach to customer interaction and sales management, focusing on:

• Delivering memorable luxury in-store service by following the Zegna Selling Flow and Mindset.
• Networking effectively to attract new customers and expand the customer database.
• Consulting with customers to understand their preferences and needs, anticipating and exceeding expectations.
• Promoting Zegna's diverse offerings, including Su Misura (Made-to-Measure) service, and leveraging company technology and "Zegna Stories" to enhance the selling ceremony.
• Collecting accurate customer data, cultivating future connections through CRM after-sales activities, and resolving customer issues with empathy.
• Measuring personal performance against Zegna customer service and sales KPIs, and contributing to action plans to achieve daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly targets.

Product Expertise and Brand Presentation

The Senior Style Advisor maintains high standards in product knowledge and visual merchandising to uphold the Zegna brand image:

• Developing in-depth knowledge of Zegna products, craftsmanship, fabrics, and style evolution, translating this into customer benefits and styling advice.
• Performing garment fittings and alteration measurements for ready-to-wear, and potentially acting as an in-store Su Misura specialist.
• Maintaining consistently high standards of personal grooming, adhering to Zegna uniform and grooming guidelines.
• Ensuring the cleanliness and tidiness of the store environment and product displays, and adhering to Zegna Visual Merchandising guidelines.
• Supporting visual merchandising set-up for store windows and displays, and potentially taking on the role of in-store Visual Merchandising specialist.

Team Collaboration and Store Operations

Collaboration and operational adherence are integral to this role, including:

• Actively communicating customer, product, and store information within the team to meet business needs.
• Supporting the orientation and training of new staff members on products when assigned.
• Maintaining good teamwork to foster an enthusiastic sales environment.
• Adhering to Zegna store operations, time and attendance policies, and company rules in daily work, including stock room, inventory, and cashiering duties.

Qualifications and Skills

Candidates for this position should meet the following requirements:

• Education: High school qualification.
• Experience: 4 to 6 years of retail sales or customer service experience.
• Functional Skills: Good communication and interpersonal skills, pleasant personality, good grooming, and a passion for the retail industry.
