The Role: Fashion Consultant

As a Fashion Consultant at Chalhoub Group, based in Jeddah or Makkah, Saudi Arabia, you will be responsible for achieving individual and overall sales targets while providing a high standard of guest experience. This full-time role involves supporting customer relationship management, customer experience initiatives, and other key customer and in-store employee-related activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve individual and overall sales targets.
• Provide exceptional guest experiences.
• Support customer relationship management and customer experience initiatives.
• Collect data on customer behavior and product performance (top/least selling) to inform business reviews.
• Enhance customer relationships through a comprehensive, omnichannel approach.
• Offer product feedback and information to customers prior to purchase.
• Contribute to enhancing employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS) through employee initiatives, culture, and experiences.
• Ensure adherence to visual merchandising guidelines and standard operating procedures.
• Verify that e-commerce purchase and in-store pickup processes comply with service level agreements.
• Ensure customer data collection meets marketing team requirements.
• Promote the MUSE customer loyalty program and stay informed about app offers.
• Support in-store marketing events.
• Stay updated on all brand activities, campaigns, and social media.
• Drive in-store sales.
• Support in-store customer experience initiatives.
• Provide feedback on effective and ineffective in-store practices.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of experience in sales or customer service.
• Preferred experience with luxury retail brands.
