The Associate Sales Support Role

We are seeking an Associate Sales Support to join our IFF Food Biosciences sales organization in Al Khobar, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is integral to supporting our sales operations and ensuring efficient customer interaction within a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and in-person interactions with accuracy and professionalism.
• Provide comprehensive product and service information, resolve basic customer issues, and escalate complex matters as needed.
• Maintain precise customer records and update databases with current information.
• Support customer onboarding processes, conduct follow-ups, and assist with satisfaction surveys.
• Coordinate effectively with sales, operations, and support teams to ensure timely and consistent customer responses.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and various documentation as requested by management.
• Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining organized digital and physical records.
• Support procurement activities, including requesting quotations, tracking orders, and coordinating with suppliers.
• Assist in organizing company events, internal meetings, and facilitating internal communications.
• Monitor office supplies inventory and coordinate replenishment to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications and Experience

• A professional background in administration is required.
• Higher qualification, specifically a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in an HR-related field or an administration background.
• Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant professional experience.

Work Environment and Location

This full-time position is based in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia, within the IFF Food Biosciences sales organization. The role involves working collaboratively with various internal teams to support sales objectives and customer satisfaction.
