About the Role

Saudia Cargo is seeking an Assistant Officer Sales Support to join their team in Makkah, with locations in Jeddah and Makkah. This full-time role is designed for professionals with 0-1 years of experience and focuses on providing essential operational assistance and insights to sales teams, GSAs, and key partners.

Role Purpose

The Assistant Officer Sales Support is responsible for delivering reliable end-to-end operational support, actionable insights, and seamless execution of sales support processes. This position plays a key role in boosting sales performance, enhancing partner engagement, and ensuring adherence to corporate standards and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure timely reporting dashboards, accurate incentive calculations, and CRM updates specific to the Cluster, providing actionable recommendations.
• Execute and monitor CRM initiatives, focusing on data accuracy, adoption, and user engagement.
• Support the development and maintenance of regional dashboards that highlight performance trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Facilitate logistics for internal and external sales events, customer visits, and exhibitions in coordination with relevant departments.
• Identify process gaps and propose solutions to improve accuracy, response times, and overall service quality.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, commercial guidelines, CRM standards, and contractual obligations.
• Track achievement against targets, propose improvement plans, and manage incentive payout accuracy.
• Handle escalations from partners and internal teams promptly and professionally.
• Contribute to cross-regional initiatives, system improvements, and strategic projects as assigned.
• Draft and distribute internal and external sales announcements, circulars, and updates.
• Coordinate the execution of commercial campaigns, including incentive launches, seasonal promotions, and product-focused pushes.
• Align events and seasonal planning with Marketing and Product calendars to support revenue generation and market activation.
• Maintain a centralized repository of engagement and communication materials for reuse and consistency.
• Support the implementation of recognition and incentive programs tied to campaign or performance milestones.
• Prepare supporting materials and content for campaign rollouts.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Makkah, with operations in both Jeddah and Makkah, within the Saudia Cargo team.
