The Role: Business Continuity Specialist

PayLink is seeking a Business Continuity Specialist to join our team. This full-time, on-site role is based in Al Khobar, Eastern, Saudi Arabia. The specialist will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and testing business continuity and resilience plans to ensure PayLink’s critical services remain available during disruptions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct risk and impact assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities.
  • Document comprehensive recovery procedures for critical business functions.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure integrated continuity efforts.
  • Support continuity drills and incident simulations to test preparedness.
  • Monitor adherence to regulatory and internal business continuity requirements.
  • Prepare reports and recommendations for management on continuity status and improvements.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of organizational resilience frameworks.
  • Collaborate with IT, operations, and compliance teams to align continuity strategies with organizational goals and industry standards.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, risk management, information systems, or a related field is preferred.
  • 0-1 years of experience is required for this role.
  • Experience within financial services, payment gateways, or regulated industries is beneficial.

Required Skills and Knowledge

  • Knowledge of relevant business continuity standards and frameworks (*, ISO 22301) is an advantage.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced operational setting.

Work Environment

This is an on-site, full-time position located in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia. The role requires active participation within a collaborative team setting.
