Construction Project Manager (Site)

About the Role

Jobskey Search and Selection is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager (Site) to oversee the successful delivery of a building construction project. This full-time position is based in Al Khobar, Eastern Region, Saudi Arabia, and requires 5-10 years of relevant experience. The Project Manager will be responsible for the project from mobilization through to handover, managing all aspects of site operations for one of our construction clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day site operations and manage engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors.
• Manage the project program, monitor progress, recover delays, and provide regular management reports.
• Oversee project budgets, cost reports, forecasts, variations, and change orders.
• Manage subcontractors and suppliers, including scope, procurement schedules, performance, and payment certification.
• Coordinate with the design team on design changes, shop drawings, material submittals, and RFIs.
• Ensure full compliance with HSE requirements and site safety standards.
• Lead quality control, inspections, testing, and closure of non-conformances.
• Coordinate with relevant authorities, including Balady, Civil Defense, and utility authorities.
• Identify and manage project risks while maintaining proper contractual documentation.
• Lead testing, commissioning, snagging, and final handover, including as-built drawings and O&M documentation.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management.
• Proven experience delivering multi-storey or high-rise buildings in Saudi Arabia through to handover.
• Active Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) accreditation.
• Good knowledge of the Saudi Building Code, Civil Defense requirements, and FIDIC-based contracts.
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills with the ability to work in a hands-on construction environment.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Al Khobar.
• Valid Saudi driving licence.

This role involves leading site operations in a dynamic construction environment in Al Khobar. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing various teams and stakeholders to ensure project success.
