Customer Success Telesales

About the Role

Rentokil Initial is seeking a Customer Success Telesales professional to join their team in Al Khobar, Eastern Region. This is a part-time position, and the successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer contacts to strengthen relationships, which is crucial for customer retention.

Key Responsibilities

• Work as part of a multi-functional team, collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Support branches in achieving customer retention and renewals, and increase branch revenue through price adjustments and up-selling.
• Manage customer complaints by identifying and resolving issues within specified timelines.
• Identify alert accounts and explore possibilities for account revival.
• Provide recommendations and suggestions to branches for improvement.
• Conduct regular reviews and terminate non-revival accounts.
• Analyze data to identify challenging areas and improve month-on-month performance.
• Share monthly dashboards with analysis and recommendations.

Qualifications and Requirements

• 0-1 year of experience in a relevant field.
• Must be a Saudi candidate.
