Customer Success Telesales

About the Role

Rentokil Initial is seeking a Customer Success Telesales professional to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This part-time role focuses on strengthening customer relationships to enhance retention and support branch revenue growth. The incumbent will work within a multi-functional team, collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer contacts to strengthen relationships, crucial for retention.
• Support branches in achieving retention and renewals, and increase branch revenue through price adjustments and up-selling.
• Identify and resolve customer complaints within specified timelines.
• Manage alert accounts by identifying at-risk customers and exploring possibilities for account revival.
• Provide recommendations and suggestions to branches for operational improvement.
• Conduct regular reviews of accounts and terminate those deemed non-revivable.
• Analyze data to identify and overcome challenging areas, aiming for month-on-month performance improvement.
• Prepare and share monthly dashboards, including analysis and recommendations.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 year of relevant experience.

This is a part-time position based in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves working as part of a multi-functional team, requiring collaboration with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
