The Debt Collector Role

GymNation is seeking a Debt Collector to join its team in Al Khobar, Eastern, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time, on-site position responsible for managing overdue payments. The role involves contacting members, negotiating payment arrangements, and ensuring accurate cash collection in adherence to company policies and financial objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage accounts that are in arrears.
• Update member records and payment statuses within internal systems.
• Prepare comprehensive reports on collection activities.
• Collaborate with finance and membership teams to resolve billing issues effectively.
• Address member questions and provide clear information.
• Maintain a professional and respectful approach in all interactions.
• Adhere to all regulatory and company guidelines.
• Safeguard member data and ensure confidentiality.
• Contribute to a positive member experience while supporting GymNation’s financial goals.

Candidate Requirements

• 0-1 year of relevant experience.
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site capacity.
