Electrical Technician

About the Role

Musanadah Facilities Management is seeking an Electrical Technician to join their team in Al Khobar. This full-time role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems across various client facilities, ensuring their safety, reliability, and compliance as an integral part of Musanadah’s integrated facilities management services.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform planned preventive maintenance on electrical systems, including distribution boards, Motor Control Centers (MCCs), control panels, lighting, and power circuits.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical faults using standard test equipment to minimize downtime and restore system functionality promptly.
• Maintain and test standby generators, Automatic Transfer Switches (ATS), Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) units, and battery systems to ensure continuous backup power readiness.
• Install and terminate cables, wiring, and fittings in adherence to the Saudi Building Code and IEC standards.
• Respond to work orders within Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and accurately log activities and defects in the Computer-Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) system, strictly following permit-to-work and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience as an Electrical Technician.
• Demonstrated ability to perform maintenance, fault diagnosis, and repair of electrical systems.
• Familiarity with relevant electrical codes and standards, such as the Saudi Building Code and IEC standards.

This is a full-time position based in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia. The role involves working across various client facilities as part of Musanadah Facilities Management's service delivery.
