About Centro Corniche and the Role

Centro Corniche, located in Al Khobar, is seeking a Full-time Electrician to join its maintenance team. This role is essential for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the hotel's electrical systems. We are looking for a professional with 0-1 years of experience who is dedicated to maintaining high operational standards.

Role Purpose

As an Electrician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures throughout the hotel complex. Your primary objective will be to ensure all electrical work adheres to relevant codes and contributes to a safe and functional environment for guests and staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance on all Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) and Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) equipment within the hotel, with a strong emphasis on health and safety protocols.
• Execute maintenance and repair works for all mechanical and electrical heating and ventilation equipment to ensure continuous safe and efficient hotel operations.
• Address and resolve issues with mains/domestic single and 3-phase supplied distribution systems, all lighting installations, and in-house power installations/appliances.
• Provide support for all emergency services, including fire alarms, emergency lighting, battery systems, and standby power requirements, such as generators.
• Manage control systems related to M&E processes, including general equipment, televisions, hair dryers, shaver sockets, and all guest and service lifts.

Technical Duties and Standards

• Prepare sketches or follow blueprints to accurately determine the placement of wiring and equipment.
• Ensure all installations and repairs conform strictly to building and safety codes.
• Utilize a variety of tools and equipment, including power construction equipment, measuring devices, power tools, and specialized testing equipment such as oscilloscopes, ammeters, and test lamps.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 0-1 years of experience in electrical maintenance or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures.
• Familiarity with relevant electrical codes and safety standards.

Work Environment

This is a Full-time position based at Centro Corniche in Al Khobar. The role requires active participation within a dedicated maintenance team to uphold the operational integrity of the hotel's infrastructure.
