About the Electrician Role

Dar Rayhaan by Rotana in Al Khobar is seeking a full-time Electrician to join its Maintenance team. This role is central to ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the hotel's electrical infrastructure. The Electrician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures, ensuring all work adheres to relevant codes and safety standards.

Key Maintenance Responsibilities

The Electrician will perform essential maintenance and repair tasks across the hotel complex, with a strong emphasis on health and safety. Core responsibilities include:

• Maintaining all Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) and Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) equipment.
• Conducting maintenance and repair works on all mechanical and electrical heating and ventilation equipment to ensure continuous safe and efficient hotel operations.
• Addressing issues with mains/domestic single and three-phase supplied distribution systems, as well as all lighting and in-house power installations and appliances.
• Assisting with emergency services related to fire alarms, lighting, batteries, and standby power requirements, including generators.

Technical Operations and Equipment

This position requires a practical approach to electrical systems and the use of various tools and technical documentation. Specific duties involve:

• Managing control systems for M&E related processes, including general equipment, televisions, hair dryers, shaver sockets, and all guest and service lifts.
• Preparing sketches or following blueprints to accurately determine the location of wiring and equipment, ensuring compliance with building and safety codes.
• Utilizing a variety of tools and equipment such as power construction equipment, measuring devices, power tools, and testing equipment including oscilloscopes, ammeters, and test lamps.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for the Electrician role should demonstrate foundational knowledge in electrical systems and a commitment to safety. The requirements for this position include:

• 0-1 years of experience in an electrical maintenance or related technical role.
• Ability to understand and apply relevant electrical codes and safety regulations.
• Proficiency in using standard electrical tools and testing equipment.
