About the Role

house refresh is seeking a Facility Management & Operations Supervisor to oversee field operations in Al Khobar. This full-time role involves managing maintenance, cleanliness, and compliance across various sites and projects, ensuring all tasks adhere to operational plans, quality, and safety standards. The position requires 1-3 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision of operations, maintenance, cleanliness, and facility management tasks at various sites.
• Distribute tasks among work teams and monitor their field execution to ensure efficiency and adherence to standards.
• Monitor preventive, periodic, and corrective maintenance activities across all assigned locations.
• Receive and track maintenance requests, ensuring their timely closure and resolution.
• Supervise electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general technical works, ensuring quality and safety.
• Monitor cleanliness levels and the overall quality of work execution at sites.
• Conduct regular inspection rounds, document observations, and submit detailed reports.
• Monitor contractors, suppliers, and service providers, ensuring the quality of executed works meets company standards.
• Ensure the availability of necessary materials and equipment, and raise requests for new needs as required.
• Monitor safety and occupational health requirements at sites to maintain a secure working environment.
• Prepare daily and periodic reports on site conditions, incidents, and completed works.
• Communicate with clients, receive feedback, and follow up on resolutions to ensure client satisfaction.
• Monitor the performance of workers and technicians, implementing measures to enhance productivity and quality.
• Contribute to the development of operational and maintenance plans, aiming to improve overall site efficiency.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in facility management, operations supervision, or a related field.
• Proven ability to oversee field operations related to maintenance, cleanliness, and compliance.
• Strong understanding of operational plans, quality standards, and safety protocols.

Work Environment and Compensation
