About the Facility Security Receptionist Role
Eram Talent is seeking a Facility Security Receptionist for a full-time position within their client's facilities in Al Khobar. This role serves as the primary point of contact for visitors and is integral to the smooth operation of facility reception activities. The position requires assisting facility management in coordinating and managing all reception-related functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Greeting and welcoming visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answering, screening, and directing incoming calls to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintaining the reception area to ensure it is neat, organized, and presentable.
- Scheduling and coordinating appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
- Providing administrative support, including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Monitoring and replenishing office supplies.
- Providing information to callers and visitors about the organization and its services.
- Ensuring security and access control procedures are followed, including issuing visitor badges.
- Assisting with special projects and tasks as assigned by management.
- Collaborating with other administrative staff to ensure efficient office operations.
- Managing and coordinating travel arrangements for employees.
- Assisting with event planning and coordination for meetings and conferences.
- Updating and maintaining internal databases and records with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Coordinating and overseeing the maintenance of office equipment.
- Assisting with the onboarding of new employees.
- Collaborating with vendors and service providers.
- Coordinating with building maintenance staff for facility-related issues.
- Ensuring timely and accurate preparation of relative reports according to departmental requirements and standards.
Qualifications and Experience
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from a recognized university.
- Demonstrated proficiency in both oral and written English.
- 0-1 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proven experience in managing a reception front desk.
Work Environment
This is a full-time position based in Al Khobar. The role involves direct interaction with visitors, clients, and internal staff, requiring a professional and organized approach to facility management reception duties.
