About the Role

Marriott Executive Apartments in Al Khobar, Eastern Region, is seeking a Guest Experience Expert to join their full-time team. This role focuses on creating a memorable and unique experience for guests throughout their stay, moving beyond standard check-in and check-out procedures. The Guest Experience Expert is empowered to provide a wide range of services, ensuring all guest interactions contribute positively to their overall experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiating and delivering a wide range of services to guide guests through their entire stay.
• Processing operational needs and addressing guest requests promptly.
• Completing necessary reports and maintaining accurate records.
• Sharing highlights and information about the local area with guests.
• Assisting guests with loading and unloading vehicles.
• Transporting luggage to and from guest rooms and/or designated bell areas.

Operational Standards and Professional Conduct

Success in this role requires adherence to critical operational standards. This includes creating a safe workplace, strictly following company policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality, and protecting company assets. Upholding quality standards and ensuring a professional appearance, uniform, and communication style are also essential. The Guest Experience Expert is expected to integrate these standards into every interaction and task.

Physical Requirements

This position requires a hands-on approach and involves significant physical activity. Candidates must be able to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods, and move through narrow, confined, or elevated spaces, including stairs and service ramps. The role also requires the ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance, and up to 100 pounds with assistance. Reaching overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, are also necessary physical demands.
