About the Role

Dar Rayhaan by Rotana is seeking a Host/Hostess to join their team in Al Khobar. This full-time position is ideal for individuals with 0-1 year of experience who are enthusiastic about providing excellent guest service and creating a welcoming first impression.

Role Summary

The Host/Hostess serves as the initial point of contact for guests, responsible for greeting them, managing seating arrangements, and contributing to a positive dining experience. This role requires a friendly demeanor and effective communication to ensure smooth operations within the restaurant environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly and welcoming manner upon arrival.
• Manage table seating and ensure an efficient flow of guests within the dining area.
• Answer incoming phone calls and accurately take reservations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the reception and waiting areas.
• Communicate effectively with serving staff to facilitate efficient and coordinated service.

Qualifications and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Proven experience in a similar customer service role is considered a plus.
• 0-1 year of relevant experience.
