Job Description

Experience in establishing and managing the Human Resources department during the pre-opening phase. Full knowledge of Saudi labor systems and all government HR platforms such as Qawa, Madad, Social Insurance (GOSI), Muqeem, and the Ministry of Human Resources platform. Experience in preparing HR Policies & Procedures and internal regulations. Experience in recruitment and hiring, appointment procedures, onboarding, and employee file management. Ability to build organizational structure, job descriptions, and performance appraisal system. High leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
