Managing employee affairs, including contracts, vacations, attendance, absenteeism, and termination of services. Monitoring performance evaluation and developing mechanisms for measurement and job improvement. Supporting management and leadership in addressing challenges related to performance, discipline, and job commitment. Supervising salaries, benefits, and entitlements in coordination with relevant authorities. Ensuring compliance with the labor laws and regulations applicable in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Preparing periodic reports related to human resources and submitting recommendations to senior management. Contributing to building a stable, motivating, and organized professional work environment.
