About the Human Resources Manager Role
DAALLO Airlines is seeking a qualified Human Resources Manager to join our team in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position will be based in Jeddah or Makkah and requires 5-10 years of experience in human resources management.
Role Overview and Responsibilities
The Human Resources Manager will oversee core HR functions and contribute to organizational development. Key responsibilities include managing recruitment processes, facilitating employee onboarding, overseeing performance management systems, and handling employee relations. The role also involves ensuring compliance with HR policies and labor laws relevant to operations in Jeddah and the wider region.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Ensuring compliance with HR policies and labor laws in Jeddah and the region.
- Administering HR functions including HRIS, record-keeping, payroll coordination, and benefits.
- Planning and delivering training programs.
- Supporting organizational development and change management initiatives.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in human resources management.
- Experience in core HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance requirements relevant to operations in Jeddah and the wider region.
- Proficiency in HR administration, including HRIS usage, record-keeping, payroll coordination, and benefits administration.
- HR certifications are considered an advantage.
- Previous HR management experience in aviation or a similar service-oriented industry is preferred.
Essential Skills and Competencies
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to work effectively across diverse teams.
- Ability to plan and deliver training and support organizational development.
- Demonstrated organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality.
- Fluency in English.
- Knowledge of Arabic and/or Somali is beneficial.
Work Location and Type
This is a full-time position based in Makkah, with specific work locations in Jeddah or Makkah. The role requires a commitment to managing HR operations within the specified regions.
