HVAC Technician

About the Role

Musanadah Facilities Management is seeking an HVAC Technician to join their team in Al Khobar. This full-time role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems across various client facilities. The primary goal is to ensure comfortable, energy-efficient, and compliant indoor conditions as part of Musanadah’s integrated facilities management services.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform planned preventive maintenance on HVAC equipment, including chillers, AHUs, FCUs, package units, split units, and VRF/VRV systems.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration faults, such as compressor, motor, control, and refrigerant leak issues, to minimize downtime.
• Recover and charge refrigerant, clean coils and filters, and verify pressures, temperatures, and airflow to maintain system efficiency.
• Maintain related components including pumps, cooling towers, exhaust fans, dampers, and BMS-linked controls and sensors.
• Respond to work orders within established Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and accurately log activities, readings, and defects in the CAFM system, adhering to permit-to-work and HSE procedures.

Qualifications and Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in HVAC maintenance and repair.
• Demonstrated strong troubleshooting skills.
• Awareness of safety protocols and procedures.
• Ability to work independently.
• Flexibility to work on shift or call-out rotas as required.
