About the Role

Unison Group is seeking an experienced Integration Lead Oracle FLEXCUBE to join our team in Al Khobar, Eastern region. This full-time role focuses on leading integration design, development, implementation, and support for core banking and surrounding banking systems, with a strong emphasis on Oracle FLEXCUBE **

Role Overview

The Integration Lead will be responsible for managing end-to-end integration activities across various banking applications, middleware, and external systems. This position requires expertise in Oracle FLEXCUBE *, Oracle PL/SQL, Java, and Oracle Banking applications to ensure seamless system interoperability and data flow.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end integration activities across banking applications, middleware, and external systems.
• Design and implement integrations involving Oracle FLEXCUBE * Core, OBMA, OBPM, OBBRN, OBRH, and GW.
• Collaborate with business, functional, technical, and vendor teams to understand integration requirements.
• Develop and review integration solutions using Java, Oracle PL/SQL, APIs, web services, and database interfaces.
• Manage integration between FLEXCUBE and other Oracle Banking applications.
• Provide technical leadership for integration architecture, interfaces, data flows, and system dependencies.
• Support integration of core banking modules including CASA (Current Account / Savings Account), IC (Interest & Charges), EoD (End of Day), GL (General Ledger), and Payments / OBPM.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 7+ years of experience as an Integration Lead, Integration Architect, or Senior Integration Developer in banking projects.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle FLEXCUBE * Core Banking.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Banking applications, specifically OBMA, OBPM, OBBRN, OBRH, and GW / Gateway.
• Proficiency in Oracle PL/SQL development and troubleshooting.
• Practical experience with Java and enterprise application integration.
• Strong understanding of core banking modules including CASA, Interest & Charges (IC), EoD, GL, and Payments.
• Experience designing and implementing core banking integrations and interfaces.

Work Type and Location

This is a full-time position based in Al Khobar, Eastern region. The role requires a minimum of 5-10 years of relevant experience.
