IT Enterprise Architecture Manager

About the Role

Salt is partnering with a rapidly expanding organization in Al Khobar, Eastern region of Saudi Arabia, to recruit an IT Enterprise Architecture Manager. This full-time role involves leading the enterprise-wide technology strategy, establishing architectural governance, and ensuring technology initiatives align with broader business objectives.

Role Overview

The IT Enterprise Architecture Manager will take a leadership position in shaping the organization's technology landscape. This includes developing and maintaining architectural frameworks, overseeing design approvals, and collaborating with senior stakeholders to ensure technology investments support business goals. The role requires a strategic approach to managing complex IT environments and guiding an Enterprise Architecture team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise architecture strategy, governance, and technology roadmaps.
• Develop and maintain enterprise architecture frameworks, standards, and solution blueprints.
• Oversee architecture reviews, design approvals, and compliance with established standards.
• Work closely with senior stakeholders to align technology investments with business objectives.
• Provide architectural oversight across enterprise applications, infrastructure, and technology initiatives.
• Lead, mentor, and develop members of the Enterprise Architecture team.
• Collaborate with internal technology teams, external vendors, and consultants.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 9 years of experience in Enterprise Architecture or a closely related field.
• At least 3 years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Proven experience developing enterprise architecture strategies, frameworks, and governance processes.
• Strong understanding of enterprise technology environments, systems integration, and architectural design.
• Experience working with complex, large-scale IT environments.
