About the Role

Dutco Group is seeking a proactive IT Support Engineer to provide essential technical assistance to the organization's staff and clients. This full-time position is based in Al Khobar and focuses on ensuring the efficient operation of the company's IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to user inquiries and requests, identifying and resolving issues related to hardware, software, networks, and other IT systems.
• Troubleshoot technical problems by diagnosing the root cause, researching solutions, and implementing fixes.
• Provide technical support through phone, email, and remote access tools.
• Set up new user accounts and profiles, including resetting passwords and troubleshooting login issues.
• Install and configure software applications.
• Offer basic training on software applications and IT systems to users.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or an equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience as an IT Support Engineer.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft-based server and desktop operating systems, networks, and office systems.
