About the Role

EvokesLab is seeking a LinkedIn Content & Growth Specialist for a full-time, project-based position. This role is based in Al Khobar, within the Eastern region, and focuses on managing and expanding the LinkedIn presence for multiple clients. The specialist will be responsible for developing strategic content and driving organic growth across various company pages and executive profiles.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage LinkedIn company pages and executive profiles for multiple clients.
• Develop LinkedIn content calendars aligned with each client’s goals and industry.
• Write high-quality, engaging, and thought leadership content in both Arabic and English.
• Optimize profiles and company pages to strengthen brand positioning and visibility.
• Grow audience engagement through strategic content and community management.
• Stay updated with LinkedIn best practices, trends, and algorithm updates.
• Coordinate with designers and account managers to ensure consistent brand identity across all content.
• Monitor performance and provide recommendations based on analytics and insights.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 4 years of experience managing LinkedIn accounts for clients or agencies.
• Proven experience in growing LinkedIn company pages and executive personal brands.
• A portfolio showcasing managed LinkedIn accounts and measurable results is required.

Essential Skills

• Exceptional copywriting and storytelling skills.
• Strong understanding of LinkedIn content strategy and organic growth principles.
• Experience working with multiple client accounts simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
