About the Role
Avensys Consulting, a global IT professional services company headquartered in Singapore, is seeking an Office Manager to join their team in Al Khobar, Eastern Region. This full-time position requires 2-5 years of experience and involves providing comprehensive administrative and operational support.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic support to the CEO by managing their schedule, including travel, meetings, and conferences.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, represent the CEO in select meetings, and prepare concise meeting minutes.
- Draft CEO correspondence and manage sensitive documents such as faxes, mail, and checks.
- Support presentation preparation and administrative tasks related to hiring and approvals.
- Oversee office operations, including maintaining inventory of supplies and ensuring equipment functionality.
- Optimize administrative policies and procedures for improved efficiency.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration by liaising with external partners and internal teams, including Project, Procurement, Sales, Finance, and HR, to streamline workflows.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience supporting C-suite executives or senior leadership.
- Experience in the technology or a fast-paced industry is preferred.
- Proficiency in calendar management, document control, and stakeholder communication.
- Demonstrated ability to be a proactive problem-solver, anticipating needs and driving efficiency.
