About Dar wa Emaar
Dar wa Emaar is seeking an Onboarding Officer to join its team in Al Khobar, Eastern Region. This full-time position is integral to ensuring a seamless and effective integration process for all new employees joining the company.
The Role of Onboarding Officer
The Onboarding Officer is responsible for coordinating and managing the entire onboarding journey for new hires, from the initial offer acceptance through to the successful completion of their probation period. This role involves meticulous attention to detail and proactive collaboration with various internal departments to ensure new employees are fully prepared and integrated into the company's operational framework and culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage the full onboarding process for new hires from offer acceptance until the completion of probation.
- Prepare and collect all required onboarding documentation and employment records.
- Manage onboarding workflows and employee records through the SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding module.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as HR Operations, IT, Administration, Payroll, and direct managers to ensure employee readiness.
- Ensure timely creation of employee files and accurate data entry into HR systems and SAP SuccessFactors.
- Conduct onboarding sessions and introduce new employees to company policies, procedures, culture, and organizational structure.
- Monitor onboarding task completion within SAP SuccessFactors and ensure timely follow-up with stakeholders.
- Support system-related onboarding activities, including document uploads, workflow tracking, and employee profile completion.
- Coordinate employee access requests, including email accounts, system access, IDs, and office equipment.
- Coordinate with the Government Relations team regarding residency, work permits, and employee documentation when applicable.
- Maintain onboarding trackers, reports, and employee records with high accuracy and confidentiality.
- Gather feedback from new employees regarding their onboarding experience and recommend process improvements.
Qualifications and Experience
Candidates for this position should possess 0-1 years of relevant experience in an HR or administrative support role. A strong understanding of onboarding processes and HR systems, particularly SAP SuccessFactors, is beneficial. The ability to maintain high accuracy and confidentiality in handling sensitive employee information is essential.
Work Environment
This is a full-time position based in Al Khobar, Eastern Region. The role requires collaboration across various departments within a professional office setting.
