Operations Supervisor

About the Role

Dhahran Hills Advertising Agency is seeking an Operations Supervisor to manage the day-to-day operations of its factory in Al Khobar. This full-time role involves overseeing the entire production process from work order reception through dispatch and installation coordination. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely delivery, maintaining high workmanship standards, optimizing workforce productivity, controlling costs, and upholding workplace safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan production schedules, assign tasks, and ensure all jobs meet agreed deadlines.
• Supervise production staff, technicians, and installation teams.
• Ensure all work adheres to approved designs, dimensions, materials, and client specifications.
• Manage material requirements, stock usage, purchasing requests, and waste reduction initiatives.
• Monitor machinery readiness and coordinate preventive maintenance and necessary repairs.
• Resolve operational issues and enforce established quality and safety standards.
• Coordinate effectively with sales, design, procurement, and management throughout each project lifecycle.
• Submit daily reports detailing job progress, completed work, potential delays, material needs, and corrective actions taken.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in operations supervision, preferably within a manufacturing or advertising production environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage production workflows and teams effectively.
• Strong understanding of quality control processes and safety regulations.

Compensation

The salary for this position ranges from SAR 3,750 to SAR 5,625, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based at the Dhahran Hills Advertising Agency factory in Al Khobar. The role requires active involvement in factory operations and coordination across various departments.
