Join Our Team as a Payroll Accountant!

At eXtra (United Electronics Co.), we are seeking a dedicated Payroll Accountant to become a vital part of our Finance team. Our company has been at the forefront of innovative electronics retailing in Saudi Arabia for over 20 years and continues to grow, catering to millions of customers each year.

Core Responsibilities:
  • Process monthly payroll with accuracy and within defined timelines.
  • Review attendance, deductions, allowances, and overtime data in coordination with HR.
  • Maintain and update employee payroll records in the ERP system.
  • Prepare payroll reconciliations and support month-end closing activities.
  • Ensure all payroll transactions comply with policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Handle salary transfers, final settlements, and reimbursements.
  • Generate payroll reports and provide support for audits when required.
  • Address payroll inquiries and collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve issues.

Essential Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of payroll or accounting experience.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll regulations and accounting principles.
  • SOCPA membership or eligibility for registration is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems.
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
  • Strong analytical and reconciliation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Bilingual (Arabic & English) with strong communication skills.
