Worley fosters a diverse and inclusive workplace. This full-time role for a Principal Process Engineer (Offshore) is based in Al Khobar, Eastern Province, requiring 5-10 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage process engineering services to meet Worley's, customer, and regulatory specifications, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery.
• Oversee process engineering project requirements, including participation in meetings, preparing progress reports, and ensuring compliance with checking procedures.
• Ensure project scope clarity and adherence to change management processes.
• Provide technical advice during procurement, construction, and commissioning, including overseeing requisitions, technical bid evaluations, and purchase order preparation.
• Act as the process engineering Lead on assigned projects.
• For team management, outline project requirements, promote workshare, assign tasks, supervise progress, and ensure services meet all requirements.
• Proactively resolve discrepancies between Worley's and customer requirements.
• Stay updated on the latest developments and technical innovations in process engineering.
• Assist and support junior personnel within the process engineering team as needed.
• Communicate effectively with the process engineering team, project stakeholders, and customers.
• Identify issues, develop appropriate solutions, and seek assistance when necessary.

Qualifications and Experience

• A recognized and relevant engineering degree.
• Strong experience in offshore projects is required.
• Excellent knowledge of the fundamental requirements of process engineering and the basic requirements of other engineering fields.
• Excellent knowledge of applicable local and international standards, as well as statutory and regulatory specifications.
• Competent use of relevant software such as MS Office Suite and process engineering-specific software.
• Extensive technical and practical experience in process engineering within the same or a similar industry, including experience working in multi-disciplinary projects and teams.

Work Environment

This role operates within a multi-disciplinary project and team environment, focusing on offshore projects. The position is full-time and based in Al Khobar, Eastern Province.
