Procurement Specialist

About the Role

Namaa Partners is seeking a Procurement Specialist to join our team in the Eastern region of Saudi Arabia, with locations in Al Khobar and Riyadh. This full-time role involves supporting procurement reviews for Saudi corporate groups and managing Namaa's own purchasing operations within the Kingdom. The position is remote, allowing work from home anywhere in Saudi Arabia, and requires collaboration with principals based in Oklahoma City.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect purchasing data, contracts, and approval rules from client teams for procurement reviews.
• Develop spend analyses by supplier, category, and business unit using Excel.
• Compare client purchasing steps against their written policies and identify discrepancies.
• Manage quotations and purchase orders for Namaa's suppliers in Saudi Arabia.
• Maintain complete supplier records and documentation.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 year of experience in a relevant field.
• Experience with procurement systems such as SAP Ariba or Oracle Procurement is beneficial but not required.
• A CIPS certificate or progress towards one is considered an advantage.
