About the Company and Role

Cornerstone Global Partners (CGP Group) is seeking a Project Manager for a full-time position in Al Khobar, Eastern Province. Our client is a well-established construction contractor currently delivering on an Aramco project. This role involves leading multiple construction projects simultaneously across civil, architectural, and MEP scopes.

Role Overview

The Project Manager will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and will be responsible for leading a team that includes other Project Managers, Construction Managers, and engineers. The primary focus of this role is to ensure project delivery on time, within budget, and in adherence to quality and HSE standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead multiple construction projects concurrently, from initiation to handover.
• Manage cost control, budget performance, and project margin across all assigned projects.
• Implement recovery programs and manage risks effectively for every project.
• Provide support to the commercial team on variations, claims, and contract-related issues.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Ensure strict compliance with QA/QC and HSE standards across all project sites.

Qualifications and Experience

• 15–20 years of experience in the construction industry.
• 7–10 years of experience in senior project leadership roles.
• Approved by Aramco as a Project Manager.
• Demonstrated contractor-side experience in managing several projects simultaneously.
• A degree in Civil Engineering is required. PMP certification is highly preferred.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Al Khobar, within the Eastern Province. The successful candidate will work within a dynamic environment, managing complex construction projects for a prominent client.
