The Role: QA Manager

DYNEX Arabia is seeking an Aramco Approved QA Manager for oil and gas pipeline projects in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves overseeing quality assurance processes from project inception to completion, ensuring all deliverables meet client expectations and regulatory requirements. The QA Manager will lead a team of quality assurance professionals and integrate quality standards across all project phases.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive quality assurance plans for oil and gas pipeline projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client specifications.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections of project processes and deliverables, utilizing quality management tools to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to established protocols.
• Lead root cause analysis sessions to investigate quality issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop effective corrective actions and prevent recurrence.
• Provide training and mentorship to team members on quality assurance methodologies, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
• Review and approve project documentation, including quality plans, inspection reports, and non-conformance reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with external stakeholders, including clients and regulatory bodies, to facilitate quality assurance processes and ensure transparent communication regarding project quality status.
• Utilize data analytics to track quality metrics and trends, preparing reports that inform management decisions and drive strategic improvements in project execution.
• Manage the quality assurance budget, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to support project needs and enhance overall quality performance.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes, proactively integrating new quality assurance practices to maintain competitive standards in the oil and gas sector.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Quality Assurance management.
• Proven experience as an Aramco Approved QA Manager.
• Specific experience in oil and gas pipeline projects is mandatory.
• Demonstrated leadership ability to manage quality assurance teams.
• Strong understanding of industry standards and regulatory requirements relevant to the oil and gas sector.

Work Environment and Compensation

This is a full-time position based in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia. The role involves working within a collaborative environment, engaging with project managers and engineering teams. The salary range for this position is SAR 30,000 - SAR 33,750.
