Responsibilities:
As the HSE Manager, you will ensure all project activities comply with Client HSE requirements, Saipem HSE standards, local legislation, and international standards (ISO 14001 and ISO 45001). Your responsibilities include:

Staff and manage HSE design and site personnel.
Develop and implement Project HSE plans and procedures.
Conduct risk assessments and assist in HSE risk management.
Identify emergency scenarios and create preparedness plans.
Perform HSE audits and monitor performance for reporting.
Lead accident investigations and promote safety awareness campaigns.

Eligibility Criteria:
The ideal candidate should have:

A Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 10 years offshore experience.
NEBOSH IGC certification or equivalent safety certification.
Mandatory experience with Saudi Aramco for the Project HSE Manager position.
Previous Saudi Aramco offshore/onshore approval is preferable.
BOSIET, H2S certificates, and BLS or First Aid certification.
