The Sales Agent Role

York Towers is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Agent to join its team in Al Khobar, Eastern Region. This full-time position involves guiding both local and international clients through profitable real estate investment opportunities, specifically in Georgia. The Sales Agent will provide strategic advisory services, supported by comprehensive market intelligence and financial analysis, to facilitate informed investment decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full sales cycle, from lead qualification and investment needs assessment to property presentation, negotiation, and deal closure.
  • Achieve and surpass monthly and annual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to deal closures, sales volume, and client acquisition.
  • Present financially sound investment proposals, clearly articulating Return on Investment (ROI), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Net Present Value (NPV), and capital appreciation projections.
  • Address complex investor objections concerning market risk, financial returns, and compliance requirements.
  • Maintain current expertise on York Towers' project portfolio, the competitive landscape, and real estate market trends in Georgia.
  • Ensure accurate CRM data entry and thorough documentation of all client interactions and sales activities.
  • Adhere to cross-border transaction protocols and all applicable legal and compliance standards.
  • Actively participate in ongoing training, coaching, and performance feedback sessions.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Proven experience in a direct sales or client advisory role.
  • Ideally, experience within the real estate or financial services sectors.
  • 0-1 year of relevant professional experience.

Compensation

This role offers a monthly salary ranging from 4,000 to 5,000 SAR, supplemented by performance-based commission.
