About York Towers and the Sales Agent Role

York Towers, the development arm of York Holding Group, is a luxury real estate developer established in 2016. The company focuses on creating distinctive, enriching lifestyles through its developments, leveraging continuous research and market trend prediction. York Towers has delivered 20 properties and manages six ongoing projects, operating eight offices across five countries. We are seeking a motivated Sales Agent to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time position is suitable for individuals with 0-1 year of experience.

Role Overview

The Sales Agent will be responsible for guiding clients through profitable real estate investment opportunities. This role involves understanding client needs, presenting investment proposals, and managing the sales process from initial contact to deal closure. The agent will play a key part in representing York Towers' commitment to delivering high-performing real estate investment opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete sales cycle, including lead qualification, assessment of investment needs, property presentations, negotiation, and closing deals.
  • Consistently achieve and surpass monthly and annual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to deal closures, sales volume, and client acquisition.
  • Develop and present financially sound investment proposals, clearly explaining projections for Return on Investment (ROI), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Net Present Value (NPV), and capital appreciation.
  • Address and resolve complex investor objections concerning market risks, financial returns, and compliance matters.
  • Maintain current knowledge of York Towers' project portfolio, the competitive market, and real estate trends.
  • Ensure accurate and timely data entry into the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, documenting all client interactions and sales activities.
  • Adhere to all relevant transaction protocols and legal compliance standards.
  • Actively engage in ongoing training, coaching, and performance feedback sessions.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a direct sales or client advisory role, preferably within real estate or financial services.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and effectively communicate core investment metrics such as ROI, NPV, and IRR to clients.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with strong persuasive and professional presentation abilities.
  • Fluency in Arabic is required. Proficiency in English is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh. The role operates within a dynamic sales environment, requiring active participation in team training and performance feedback sessions.
