Social Media Strategy:

• Conduct A/B tests on content formats and determine optimal posting times.

Community Engagement & Analytics:

• Interact with followers by responding to comments and DMs to build a vibrant community.
• Track key performance indicators and use analytics tools to report insights effectively.

Collaboration:

• Work alongside marketing, design, and sales teams to ensure cohesive campaign efforts.
• Support live events and product launch initiatives, leveraging user-generated content.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in social media management and content creation (portfolio is required).
• Proficient in digital design tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Familiarity with scheduling tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer.
• Strong copywriting skills for captions and strategic hashtag usage.
• Basic understanding of paid social ads (Meta and Google Ads knowledge is a plus).
• An analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.

• Assist in bid preparation and client engagement activities.
• Undertake regular travel to project sites in Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and Iraq.

Qualifications & Skills:
