Security Guard

A seller is required to work in a leading retail store in the Kingdom, possessing high communication skills and experience in customer service. The tasks include: displaying products attractively, completing sales and payment transactions, managing inventory and arranging goods, and maintaining cleanliness and organization of the sales area. Compliance with working hours, the ability to work within a team, and proficiency in using point of sale systems are required.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Managing and coordinating schedules and meetings.

• Receiving phone calls and directing them to the relevant departments.

• Preparing and writing official correspondence, reports, and presentations.

• Organizing and archiving files and documents in an organized and confidential manner.

• Welcoming visitors and providing hospitality and organizing their appointments.

• Organizing and booking travel and transfers when needed.

• Ensuring that office supplies are available and organizing the necessary requests.

• Preparing meeting minutes and distributing them to the concerned parties.

• Performing any other tasks assigned by the direct manager.

Required Qualifications:

• Diploma degree in management, secretarial, or any related field.

• Previous experience of not less than [12] years in the field of secretarial or administrative support.
