About the Role

Johnson Controls Arabia is seeking a Senior Technician to join our team in Al Khobar. This full-time position involves conducting preventive maintenance, repairs, replacements, installations, and commissioning of systems under general supervision. The role requires direct interaction with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and efficient execution of assigned work.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform somewhat complex preventive maintenance, repair, and replacement tasks.
• Execute installation and commissioning activities for various systems.

Qualifications and Experience

• A university degree with 1 year of suggested minimum experience, or a 2-year degree with 6 years of suggested minimum experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver results with a short-term, operational focus.
• Capability to set and achieve daily operational objectives that impact others within the job area.

Required Skills and Knowledge

• Ability to explain facts, practices, and policies to both internal and external parties.
• Aptitude for adapting or enhancing existing methods to improve quality or value as part of daily activities.
• Problem-solving skills, including the ability to address vaguely defined issues by considering other job areas.
• Broader knowledge of theory and principles within a professional discipline or advanced technical/operational practices.
• Application of knowledge is typically limited to locations within a country or neighboring countries with similar cultures.
