Technician

About the Role

Johnson Controls Arabia is seeking a Technician to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time role focuses on providing accurate and timely technical information and assistance regarding the organization's products and services. The position involves maintaining and improving customer relationships through technical support before, during, and after transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Explain facts, practices, and policies to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Correct or resolve issues and problems within existing systems and processes, including making minor changes.
• Address problems that may be vaguely defined, requiring an understanding and consideration of other job areas.
• Set and achieve daily operational objectives, with some direct impact on others within the immediate area.
• Occasionally set and deliver operational objectives that directly impact achieving results within the area.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A Bachelor's Degree is required.
• Candidates should possess 0-1 years of suggested minimum experience.
• Alternatively, a university degree with 1 year of suggested minimum experience, or a two-year degree with 6 years of suggested minimum experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
• Broader knowledge of theory and principles within a professional discipline or advanced technical/operational practices is essential.

Skills and Attributes

• Ability to interact regularly with sales staff and communicate with supply chain staff as needed.
• Strong problem-solving skills to address and resolve technical issues.
• Application of knowledge is limited to locations within a country or neighboring countries with similar culture.

Work Environment

This role operates as an individual contributor with no direct responsibility for leading others. The position is based in Riyadh and is a full-time commitment.
