TECHNICIAN

About the Role

Napco National is seeking a Technician to join its team in Dammam, Eastern Region. This full-time role is open to Saudi Nationals and requires 0-1 years of experience. The Technician will be responsible for deploying departmental objectives and corrective actions set by the Technical Manager to achieve desired targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive Sales Orders (SO) from the Sales department, select the appropriate Finished Good number (FG#), and compare it against the related Quotation to ensure a match before returning the SO to Sales upon confirmation.
• Process Quotation Requests for re-orders from Sales & Marketing, validate technical parameters, and select the correct FG# before relaying it back to them.
• Maintain and update the Technical Back-log, documenting all technical transactions including in/out timings.
• Update the “Blend File” monthly, which displays actual blends and their alternatives for each product, and submit it to the Technical Manager for cost and material consumption studies.
• Prepare Technical Data Sheets detailing product characteristics based on QC testing reports, and submit them to the Technical Manager for approval prior to dispatching to relevant parties.
• Develop Product Specification Sheets and relay them to the Technical Manager for approval to ensure product requirements are clearly documented and communicated according to the latest customer specifications.
• Coordinate regularly with Production and Maintenance regarding any changes in machinery specifications to keep the “Machines’ Limitation File” up-to-date.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Dammam, within the Eastern Region, contributing to the technical operations of Napco National.
