Role Overview

The Fresh Graduate Technician will be responsible for performing essential technical and maintenance tasks, ensuring equipment readiness, and adhering to established procedures and safety standards. This position involves hands-on work, problem-solving, and collaboration with supervisors and team members to achieve operational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform technical and maintenance activities in accordance with approved procedures and instructions.
• Inspect, identify, and resolve technical issues as required.
• Execute preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure equipment readiness.
• Utilize tools and technical equipment safely and properly.
• Comply with technical standards, quality requirements, and Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) procedures.
• Record completed work and report technical observations when necessary.
• Coordinate with supervisors and team members to complete assigned tasks efficiently.
• Maintain and properly handle tools, equipment, and materials.
• Perform any other related duties as assigned by the direct supervisor.

Qualifications and Experience

• A fresh graduate with 0-1 years of experience in a relevant technical field.
