About the Role

Johnson Controls Arabia is seeking an HVAC Senior Technician to join their team in Al Khobar. This full-time role focuses on the installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of HVAC systems, ensuring operational targets are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Install basic required system field devices.
• Commission systems using standard configuration and commissioning tools.
• Troubleshoot and resolve problems within existing systems and processes, making minor changes as needed.
• Respond to basic warranty calls.
• Keep Johnson Controls, contractors, and customers informed of job progress and any issues.
• Address problems and issues primarily within a single job area or discipline, with well-defined scopes.

Operational Focus

This position involves delivering output according to specific operational targets. The Senior Technician will explain facts, practices, and policies to both internal and external parties. The role primarily utilizes specialized knowledge of specific commercial, technical, or trade operations, with less frequent application of broad theory or advanced technical practices. This is an individual contributor role with no direct leadership responsibilities.

Qualifications and Experience

• A 2-year degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
• A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience is suggested for this role.

The role requires applying knowledge domestically, limited to locations within a country or neighboring countries with similar cultural contexts. The position is based in Al Khobar and is a full-time opportunity.
