Technician HVAC Senior

About the Role

Marriott International is seeking a Senior HVAC Technician to join their team in Ad Diriyah, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves the inspection, repair, and maintenance of HVAC, air quality control, and refrigeration equipment, ensuring optimal operational efficiency within the property.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect, repair, and maintain HVAC, air quality control, and refrigeration equipment.
• Conduct daily inspections and maintenance of the mechanical plant.
• Monitor and control property temperature, and analyze energy and utilities usage.
• Calibrate all controls, gauges, meters, and other relevant equipment.
• Assemble, install, test, repair, and maintain electrical systems or electronic wiring.
• Assemble, install, and maintain pipe assemblies, fittings, and valves.
• Perform routine maintenance for pools and spas.
• Adhere to all company safety and security policies and procedures, reporting any maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries.
• Ensure a clean and professional uniform and personal appearance, maintain confidentiality, and protect company assets.
• Welcome guests according to company standards, anticipate service needs, and communicate professionally.
• Develop positive working relationships with colleagues and respond appropriately to concerns.
• Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards, and identify opportunities for efficiency, productivity, quality, safety, and cost-savings.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to reach overhead and below the knees, and move in confined or elevated spaces.
• Navigate sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces, and move up and down stairs, ramps, and ladders.
• Grasp, turn, and manipulate objects of varying size and weight.
• Assist with moving, lifting, carrying, and placing objects weighing in excess of 100 pounds.
• Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing 50 pounds or less without assistance.

Required Qualifications

• EPA Universal Certification.
• Valid Driver's License.
• HVAC Certification.
• At least 3 years of related work experience.
• Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree.

Experience

Candidates should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience in HVAC and refrigeration maintenance. No supervisory experience is required for this position.

This is a full-time position based in Ad Diriyah, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, within the hospitality sector. The role involves working closely with supervisors and other team members to ensure operational excellence.
