About the Role

Halliburton is seeking a Service Specialist II - TTT to join our team in Al Qatif or Al Khobar. This full-time position involves promoting customer relations, planning and executing well site operations, and coordinating field activities for one of the world's largest providers of products and services to the global energy industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote excellent customer relations at the worksite under limited supervision.
  • Plan and perform necessary calculations for the total job at the well site.
  • Coordinate and direct subordinate supervisors, service operators, and operator assistants during equipment rig-up, rig-down, and job preparation.
  • Provide job planning, including crew instructions and dispute resolution to approved levels.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction with jobs performed.
  • Perform data collection and distribution on jobs as needed.
  • Coordinate the clean-up, repair, and preparation of equipment for subsequent jobs.
  • Provide input on individual performance levels of subordinates and offer on-the-job skills development.
  • Perform Milling, Cleanout, and TCP operations without supervision.
  • Assist with Fishing operations.
  • Understand and execute tools redressing and inspection procedures, maintain testing and inspection records, and monitor load-outs without supervision.
  • Assist with most CT and HWO activities steps under supervision or guidance.
  • Promote safety awareness and environmental consciousness.
  • Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards, practices, and guidelines.
  • Promote and actively participate in quality improvement processes.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Skills typically acquired through completion of HAL career development requirements as Service Supervisor I.
  • Exceptional skills within the service line and a general understanding of other service functions.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with others, given the nature of oil field service work.
  • Excellent knowledge of Halliburton Management System (HMS) standards, work methods, and processes.
  • Ability to understand Well Bore schematics, analyze computer programs (Insite), and operational procedures.
  • Good leadership and negotiating skills.
  • Basic computer skills are preferred.
  • Licensure to drive commercial vehicles may be required.
