About the Role

Cornerstone Global Partners (CGP Group) is seeking a Short stay Supervisor SA to establish and manage new short-let operations in Al Khobar, Eastern, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves building the entire operation from the ground up, encompassing all aspects from property listing to guest handover. The role is critical for launching a new revenue stream for a developer entering the short-stay market.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage short-stay operations across major platforms including Airbnb, ********, and local alternatives.
• Optimize occupancy rates and develop pricing strategies using specialized tools such as PriceLabs.
• Oversee the profit and loss (P&L) aspects, including revenue tracking, owner settlements, and comprehensive financial reporting.
• Coordinate and supervise housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure operational standards.
• Handle all guest communications and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including Ministry of Tourism guidelines and guest registration.
• Effectively run the complete operational cycle for this new business venture.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of direct experience in short-stay or vacation rental operations.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience with major booking platforms like Airbnb and *********
• Proficiency in using property management systems (PMS) such as Guesty or Hostaway.

Skills and Commercial Understanding

• Comfortable with dynamic pricing models and revenue optimization techniques.
• Strong commercial acumen, including understanding of occupancy rates, Average Daily Rate (ADR), and P&L metrics.
• Ability to work autonomously and develop operational processes from inception.

Preferred Attributes

• Experience working in Saudi Arabia or a willingness to relocate.
• Prior experience with PriceLabs or similar pricing software.
• Background in guest relations.
• Experience in team coordination.
