The Role of Sr. Electrical Engineer

The Sr. Electrical Engineer Design & Construction operates with a degree of independence, applying advanced engineering techniques to solve complex problems. This role involves making critical decisions regarding engineering problems and methods. The successful candidate will also represent the organization in various forums, including conferences, to resolve important questions and engage in negotiations with key engineers and officials from other organizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance to designers and less experienced engineers within the team.
• Serve as a primary consultant, where significant reliance will be placed on scientific interpretations and professional advice.
• Manage measurable assets, including assigned staff and budgetary allocations.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this position are required to have 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in electrical engineering, with a focus on design and construction projects. The role demands a proven ability to independently apply advanced engineering principles and to make sound technical decisions. Experience in representing an organization in professional and negotiation settings is also essential.
