KBR, Inc. is seeking a Subcontracts Administrator to join their team in Al Khobar, Eastern region. This is a full-time position focused on managing subcontracts from initiation through completion, ensuring adherence to company policies and legal requirements.

Role Overview

The Subcontracts Administrator will be responsible for qualifying suppliers, issuing requests for proposals, and evaluating submitted proposals. A key aspect of this role involves maintaining subcontract files in accordance with established procedures and overseeing all subcontract activities to ensure compliance and efficient execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Negotiate subcontract terms and conditions, including price, delivery schedules, quality standards, and performance requirements.
• Monitor subcontractor performance to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and company standards.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of all subcontract activities and related documentation.
• Ensure full compliance with all governing and applicable laws, as well as relevant regulations pertaining to the subcontract.
• Coordinate closely with various internal departments, including finance, projects control, legal, and project management, to facilitate seamless subcontract execution.

Required Experience

Candidates for this role should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in subcontracts administration or a similar field. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex subcontracts and ensuring compliance with established procedures and legal frameworks.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Al Khobar, Eastern region. The role requires close collaboration with multiple internal stakeholders to ensure effective subcontract management and project support.
