About the Role

Halliburton is seeking a dedicated UBD Specialist to join our team in Al Khobar, Eastern region. This full-time position requires an individual with 5-10 years of relevant experience to manage and execute critical service line operations. The specialist will work under general supervision, contributing to the efficient delivery of services both on and offshore.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform all phases of rigging up and down service line equipment at various work locations, including both onshore and offshore sites.
• Provide essential job planning, encompassing equipment setup, well site direction, and comprehensive customer-related support activities.
• Manage activities related to the maintenance, setup, testing, and operation of equipment at customer locations and field camps.
• Mentor and train lower-level Service Operators and Operator Assistants, sharing expertise and ensuring skill development.
• Monitor instruments and conduct necessary calculations to maintain data quality at the well site.
• Consult with customers regarding services and products, foster positive customer relations at the well site, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Verify equipment according to job plans, ensure proper equipment maintenance, and complete all required job documentation.
• Conduct pre-job toolbox safety meetings, review and verify job plans with customer representatives, and manage any required changes.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for the UBD Specialist role must possess 5-10 years of experience in a relevant field. Additionally, applicants must have met the minimum competency requirements for Svc Spec II-GBA.
