The Role of Interior Design Trainer

Saudi Skills is seeking an Interior Design Trainer (مدرب تصميم داخلي) to join its team in Al Khobar, Eastern Region. This full-time, on-site position involves delivering high-quality, practice-oriented training in interior design. The trainer will be responsible for guiding both diploma students and corporate trainees through engaging and effective learning experiences, ensuring they develop practical skills and a strong understanding of design concepts.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare comprehensive lesson plans and design effective training materials.
• Conduct engaging classroom and studio-based training sessions.
• Supervise practical projects and provide guidance to learners in applying interior design concepts.
• Offer constructive feedback on assignments, projects, and portfolios.
• Assess learner performance accurately and maintain detailed training records.
• Coordinate effectively with academic and administrative teams to ensure smooth program delivery.
• Ensure all training activities adhere to institutional and accreditation standards.
• Stay current with the latest interior design trends, software, and tools to continuously enhance course content.

Required Experience and Attributes

Candidates for the Interior Design Trainer position should possess 0-1 years of relevant professional experience in interior design or a related field. The role requires individuals who are passionate about design education and committed to fostering practical skills development among trainees.
