The Role of Interior Design Trainer

Saudi Skills is seeking a dedicated Interior Design Trainer to join its team in Riyadh. This is a full-time, on-site position where the trainer will be responsible for delivering comprehensive classroom and studio-based lessons in interior design. The role requires the application of both theoretical knowledge and practical approaches, ensuring alignment with the institute's established standards and curriculum.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed lesson plans, develop engaging teaching materials, and design hands-on projects for interior design courses.
• Guide learners effectively through the entire design process, from initial concept development to final presentation.
• Assess learner performance thoroughly and provide constructive, actionable feedback to support their growth.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date training records for all participants.
• Collaborate with other staff members to continuously improve curricula, ensure industry relevance, and foster learners’ professional development.

Required Experience

Candidates for the Interior Design Trainer position should possess 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in interior design or a related training capacity.

Work Environment

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The trainer will conduct lessons and activities directly at the institute's facilities, contributing to a collaborative educational environment.
